What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed version of your password — we never see or store the password itself.

When you pay online, your card or UPI details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout. They never touch our server and we never see them.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to email you confirmations and tracking updates, to answer your questions, and — only if you opted in — to tell you when a fresh batch is ready.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to get your parcel to you: our courier partner (name, address, phone) and Razorpay (for payment processing). We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone, for any reason.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to remember what is in your cart and keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

Write to riarkiagrofood@gmail.com at any time and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe, and we delete the address on request.
