How to store it

Keep in a cool, dry place in an airtight jar, away from direct sunlight and moisture. There is no preservative in this product, so moisture is its only real enemy.

A note on colour

Because we use no sulphur or bleaching agent, colour varies naturally from batch to batch — lighter early in the season, darker later. It may also deepen slightly over months. That is real gur behaving normally.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Delhi & Chandigarh typically arrive in 2–4 days; the rest of India in 4–7 days. Shipping is free above ₹499; below that it depends on parcel weight and your pincode, and is shown at checkout.

Returns

Being a food product, we cannot accept returns once a seal is opened. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full — no argument.
