Dispatch time
We dispatch within 24–48 working hours of receiving your order. During peak crushing season (November to February) this can stretch to 72 hours — we will tell you if it does.
Delivery time
Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Delhi and Chandigarh: 2–4 days. Rest of India: 4–7 days. Remote and North-East pincodes may take a little longer.
Charges
Delivery is charged by distance: how far your pincode is from our farm in Gurdaspur, Punjab — the further it travels, the more it costs. Orders above ₹1,000 ship free. The exact charge is shown at checkout once you enter your pincode.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is handed over. You can also follow it on our track-order page using your order number.
Packaging
Jars are sealed, wrapped and boxed with cushioning. If anything still arrives broken, we replace it — see our refund policy.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we will contact you to re-ship. Re-shipping charges apply in that case.
International
