Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is received (or once a COD order is accepted). If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Natural variation
Jaggery is a farm product made without chemical additives. Colour, hardness and shade vary between batches and across the season. This is normal and is not a defect.
Weights
Net weights are measured at the time of packing. Jaggery loses a small amount of moisture over time, so a jar may weigh marginally less by the time it reaches you.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurdaspur, Punjab.
